'A feather in your cap' is one of many everyday phrases coming out of falconry, the feathers in the falcon's cap being taken from recent kills. This falcon was about to get into her costume for set but I managed to grab a few photo's beforehand to record details of the fine workmanship which goes into making falcons caps.
