'Good for costume...(but not my taste for life).' Is a thought that goes through my mind about once an hour ..... a good example - a girl came into the shop today wearing these medieval shoes.

I am a costume designer. Whilst at work I see many things - fascinating and inspiring; the benefits of my profession.
An additional interest in workwear, the pleasure of being able to guess at a person's occupation or background by their dress. Recreating this, realistically or otherwise but always believably is, after all, the job.
